- Sushi is my favorite dinner. I find that I don't quite like most of the sake I have had, but there have been a few that shine. It seems this may be the right place for me to find exactly what sake I prefer. I also have experience with beer and win

- How long have you been drinking sake and what was the first sake that you loved?

The first sake I loved was I believe called Hitori Musume from Origami. This was 10 years ago. They no longer have it. It was a plum wine, cold, dry and crisp.
