Hi Sake Folks!
There is a yummy sake that is available in these parts called Jozen Mizunogotoshi Junmai Ginjo by Shirataki brewery located in Niigata Prefecture in Japan, an area known for their 'it's-so-drinkable-it's-like-water' sake. I've only come across this at one restaurant so far in town--at Fujiya. It is a typical Niigata sake--dangerous--in that it is very very drinkable! Jozen is also light, dry, smooth, clean on the palate.

I thought I'd invite anyone who'd like to try this sake to meet me at Fujiya.
It'll be 8pm. We can order a 720ml bottle of Jozen (approx.$50-a steal if you ask me) and have some snacks.
